I’m currently having this feeling and right now I have no one to talk to nor anyone to hug! So I’ll write this article in a non-professional way as if I’m talking!
It’s a feeling of emptiness.
It happens randomly every month or every week.
Probably seems a side of effect of being introvert!
I’ve been getting this feeling after having a Panic Attack in 2020!
That’s why it is actually not that good to stay alone for longer period of time! At some point you should have someone to talk to or someone special with whom you’ll spend rest of your life!
Time is like a river so do thoughts, both will pass in a flow, let it go.

I would like to address the Cause, Symptoms, Concerns & Cure which I have analyzed myself :
Cause
- Not taking proper sleep
- Skipping nap time if you take it regularly
- Overthinking
- Unusual masturbation
Symptoms
- All of a sudden Loss of Interest from everything!
- Slight headache
- Not feeling like to sleep
Cure
- Usually self-diagnosable
- Hug & Kisses from your loved one
- Go outside for walk
- Try to distract yourself (Re watch your fav movie, Play game, Random shit talk on Discord, Watch reaction videos of your fav music, video or movie)
- Talk to someone
- Dance with your beloved one (This seems working for me lol Although I do not have anyone to dance with so I imagine her as my dancing partner lol! sed lyfe)
Concerns
- Seek help from doctor / psychiatrist if it stays for more than 3 days. (Personal Experience)
- It can be a reason to a Panic Attack
NOTE : If it’s getting worse then immediately talk to someone.
