Time Table is Important Whether You Follow It Or Not

I learnt this through very bad experience!

What was that experience!?

Back in 2018 my daily routine was literally disturbed!

I used to sleep at 3 – 4 AM and wake up at 12 or even sometimes at 2 PM!

At that time I had a thought that look at those youtubers, even those sleep at 3 AM what’s wrong!? And that thought kept in mind till I got a Panic Attack!

Panic Attack HOW!?

Through this bad experience I learnt that self discipline is important.

Since then I made my own first “serious” time table!

It was :

8 – 9 = Wake Up & Get Fresh

9 – 12 = Work

12 – 1 = Lunch

1 – 2 = Walk

2 – 3 = Work or Lay down

3 – 5 = Afternoon Sleep (Important for me to keep my mind stable)

5 – 6 = Get Fresh

6 – 8 = Work

8 – 9 = Dinner

9 – 10 = Walk

10 – 12 = Work

12 – 8 = SLEEP

But of course it was my first time so I couldn’t follow it…

Still I tried to follow for few days but got lost again so I decided to not follow it and first make myself comfortable.

After all it is not that easy to force myself immediately after coming from a bad experience so I thought to easy myself first.

Now let’s get to the point :

It was 2018 back then but now it is 2022.

Today I follow my time table and it’s in my habit now.

Following a time table has a very strong impact in my life.

How exactly it has an impact in my life is described as points below :

1. It keeps track of where my time is being wasted.

> Agree or not but time is most important than money.

Spend money if your time is being saved, even few minutes!

Example :

If you work online spend money on your WIFI to speed it up to save time.

If you’re a student then spend money on yourself to acquire new skills.

If you’re a content creator then spend money on your equipment to make things easier and faster to produce a content.

2. Increases productivity

> Since you have a time table, you stay aware of your time thus it can increase productivity and decreases chances of procrastination.

In my case it has helped me realize that I am staying discipline thus it always keeps me motivated and to stay productive, it is important to have a stable mind.

3. Makes things easier & clearer

> Sometimes we have a lot of work to do and having a time table can make things easier and clearer.

It also helps organize your work, as you assign your work on a particular time!

4. One can utilize their 24 hours cleverly

> Everyone has 24 hours a day, It’s totally up to you how you manage your time so being able to manage your 24 hours is a hard earned skill in this Busy World!

5. No Regret

> Personally I felt that when a work is not done when it supposed to be done, I regret!

You regret because you procrastinate and leave work in middle and start wasting your time.

Thus it’s important that you assign a time for your work as well as for fun or much better if you give yourself a treat as a “FUN TIME” after your work is done.

6. Healthy Mind

> You’re mind stays stress free when you already know what to do next and have time for every activity that comes in your mind!

It will be hard at first but believe me once following a time table is in your habit, you’ll live stress-free.
